ENGINEERING

Customer-specific documents are executed dependent on the needs:

Motor list: a list of all electrical power consumers included in design scope with indication of their power, supply voltage, current consumption, type of control gear.

Instrument list: a list of all sensors and actuators included in design scope with indication of measuring ranges, connection dimensions, signal types.

PID: a functional diagram showing the symbols of all sensors and actuators used in a particular process unit.

Pneumatic schematic diagram: diagram showing the connection of instrumentation air consumers from the main pipeline, indicating all air treatment elements in each section.

External connection diagram: display of all instrumentation cables with their lengths and connection terminals both on the instrument side and on the control cabinet side.

Equipment and cabling layout plans: graphic display of cable routes with reference to the existing or newly designed building, indicating elevations and locations of sensors, actuators, electrical consumers.

Structural diagrams: a schematic diagram defining the main functional parts of the system, their interrelationship.

Single-line diagrams: a schematic diagram showing the main components of an electrical network.

Cable list: tabular form of information display including all information about cables: brand, length, designation, from where and where laid.

Specification: a table showing product names, articles, materials, for all equipment specified in the project.
